Aborigines plead for end to roo cull Emotional protestat tent embassy (Canberra Times) |
A 60-STRONG crowd gathered at the site of the proposed kangaroo cull yesterday to listen to heartfelt speeches from the indigenous community. “If they could kill me to save those 500 kangaroos, I’d do it,” Tent Embassy member Robert Cragie said. “They’re innocent, they don’t know what’s going on.
