CAMBRIDGE - Luiz Carlos Ribeiro, saying he was anxious to get out of an American prison and return to his native Brazil, planned to plead guilty to involuntary manslaughter after performing liposuction surgery in a Framingham basement that cost a woman her life in 2006.
