Mackinlaya species

Mackinlaya species

There are only two species of Mackinlaya (Araliaceae) described for Queensland, M. macrosciadia and M. confusa. I don’t know which one this is, but it has silvery leaves as a juvenile.

I saw it on the forest floor high up in cool montane rainforest in the Herberton Range.
