Commissioners nix Tiffin building swap (The Toledo Blade)

TIFFIN - They’d like to see Tiffin native Bernadine Stetzel’s folk art collection come to Seneca County, but commissioners agreed yesterday that it won’t be displayed at their historic 1884 courthouse.
