Lincoln artwork for school unveiled (The State Journal-Register) |
A new piece of artwork depicting Abraham Lincoln as a politician and a writer will be installed at Springfield’s Lincoln Magnet School this spring. The mini wall relief, sculpted of synthetic marble by Chicago artist Abelardo Ghoulam, was unveiled Tuesday morning during a ceremony at the school.
