Local Guide: Tribute to Indian women planned (Billings Gazette) |
The High Plains Women’s Museum will sponsor the High Plains Native Women’s tribute from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday in the Valley Federal Credit Union Building at 207 N. Broadway to usher in Native American Month. Activities will include dancing, fashion show, bead, craft, and art vendors, stories of the High Plains Indian women, a junior princess contest and tours of the museum.
