Christiansburg native Art Price has been with the town’s parks and recreation department for 25 years. CHRISTIANSBURG — Art Price had a shock of dark hair and a ton of energy when he joined the fledgling Christiansburg Parks and Recreation Department on April 11, 1983, with the important-sounding title of supervisor of athletics.
